Just 12 minutes walk from the train station, the location is perfect for a commuter.

The room is a large double with a built in wardrobe, and already furnished with a lovely queen sized bed and chest of draws. There's plenty of space for a second wardrobe if you like your clothes, or a desk if you'd like to work. There's also a 3rd small room with a backup wardrobe available for use.

Ideal housemate will be a tidy, driven professional, preferably into fitness and eating healthy.

Bad points of the house? There's a cat, so if you don't like pets it isn't for you, and there's no dishwasher in the otherwise modern kitchen.

Excellent broadband, along with HD virgin tv+ which I rarely use (not a big TV fan) so the living room will be free all the time too.
