Single room available, 11 x 7 foot. The room is upstairs and faces the back of the house, and is very quiet. The room is clean and carpeted with a bed, bedside table, and lamp, wardrobe and carpet, quilt and linen.
The house is 4 bedroom, clean and tidy with a garden, I have one lodger and another moving out to get a flat, the house is mine and my son also lives here, they are in their 20s.
I like to think the house is warm and homely and I make people welcome, its quiet, calm, and a pleasant atmosphere.
