Small double room available in lovely house

Hi!

I've just bought and moved into a maisonette in Hitchin, it is about a 12 minute walk to the train station. The house itself comprises of kitchen, living room and dining room are all open plan downstairs and both bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs.

The room available is a small double ( NB it will have a queen sized bed in it) a built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room also comes with your own bathroom (I have an en-suite in my bedroom so may need to use the main bathroom for a bath every now and again!) Downstairs you'll have use of kitchen, living room and dining room (I also have a piano if you fancy learning!) and Sky TV with the series thingy if you are a lover of Breaking Bad etc!

About me! I am 26 years old and work in Central London, so get the train in every day. I'm quite a sociable person, so having a chat or gossip over wine and a film is never a bad thing :) ideally looking for a similar type of person, who would treat the house like a home .
