Spare Room in Town Centre Flat 10mins from Station

Hello All! Spare Room available in modern 2 bed flat.

Flat is 5 min walk from Hitchin Town, 10 Min walk from Hitchin Station (32 mins to Kings Cross, 30 Mins to Cambridge), 5 min drive to A1M Motorway, 15 min drive to M1 Motorway.

Broadband and Sky TV are included! As are all bills! Nearby are plenty of Shops, Bars etc, Gym/Swimming pool is next door!

The room is currently empty but I can put something in it, ie bed, cupboards etc.

I work shifts so I'm in and out of the flat at some rather obscure hours. I'm very easy to get on with and easy going! I do expect any potential flatmate to be fairly clean and tidy and to treat the flat like it's their own home! That's about it really!

I do enjoy going out for the odd drink, cinema, meals etc so it'd be ideal to find someone who'd like to have a bit of a social life living with me as opposed to just hiding away in their room all day!

I don't have any particular preferences as to the type of person I'm looking for as a lodger. Mon-Fri or regular sharer are fine by me! Let me know your circumstances and I'll let you know if they work! I am rather flexible.
