There is a balcony around the ground floor, accessed through the lounge (which smokers can use if you smoke). There is also a roof terrace accessed through the upstairs bedroom which everyone shares too.

There is one parking space available in a secure multi storey car park within the building.

Current flatmates include a nurse, events manager, film colourist and lingerie designer.
