Sole use of this bathroom

Large sunny double room available Mon-Fri in large house. Wardrobe/drawers, TV with DVD and private bathroom. Only 3 mins stroll to the station to the station -easy access North or into London - Finsbury Park 20 mins, Kings X 30 mins.
Five mins walk to the village with coffee shps/cafe/dry cleaners/bank/small supermarket etc.
A1 -5 mins drive, M25 10 mins, M! 20 Mins, St. Albans 20 mins,
Very clean and tidy home and want the same traits in anyone who shares our home.
Professional parent and 8yr old (very well trained but sometimes inquisitive) child along with a sausage dog (who thinks he is a cat who can bark),2 other small dogs, 2 cats (one on her last legs, so may only be one by the time you move in). You don't have to be an animal lover but animal-tolerant is essential.
A smoker who agrees to ONLY smoke outside would be acceptable.
Large patio which gets the evening sun, perfect for a glass of wine in the Summer at the end of the day.
Spacious kitchen diner, all mod cons, ice-maker etc and also a sofa/TV area within that could be used instead of being confined to the room upstairs.
Freeview, dishwasher, washing machine etc etc all include as is of course Wi-Fi.
Sense of humour essential if we are likely to cross each other's paths but if you are a hermit and prefer to stay in your (very lovely room with wardrobe/chest of drawers and a TV) then not so important.
