I have a lovely large, bright and airy double room to rent, on a Monday to Friday basis only (4 nights NOT 7 nights). (Would consider a Sunday night by arrangement, additional cost may apply). Please note the renter must have their own home to go to at weekends. This is not to be a main address, so would suit someone who works away during the week and needs somewhere to stay.
Fully furnished in a well presented detached house in very nice and quiet location. 20min walk from Letchworth station and town centre. Couple of minutes from A1 , 5 minutes drive to Hitchin, easy 10-15 minutes drive to Stevenage via back roads.
Local shop and pubs nearby, Nuffield Health gym just down the road. Off road parking . Use of all kitchen appliances and utensils, washing machine, oven, microwave and all other essentials. I am a female live in landlady. You will have shared use of the main bathroom (with 1 other professionsal lodger) which has bath and separate power shower. My bedroom is ensuite.

I will require one months rent in advance plus deposit. References will be required.
