I am a 23 year old professional female and own a two bed, two bath flat within a quiet newly built Bellway Homes development in Letchworth Garden City close to the town centre. I work in Welwyn Garden City.

I am offering a double bedroom for single occupancy for £120pw including bills (but not telephone). You will have virtually exclusive use of the main bathroom as my room has an en-suite shower-room, although the main bathroom will be used by visitors and if I want a bath!

This is a new development and the whole flat is newly furnished. The available bedroom is a very good sized double bedroom with two large windows, one of which is a bay window. It is furnished with a double bed and has matching bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. You will be the first person to occupy this room.

The flat has a combined kitchen, dining and living room with sky TV and WiFi broadband. It is centrally heated and there is a washer dryer available for your use.

The main entrances have a secure entry phone system and the approach to the flat is via common areas that are heated, lit and carpeted.

I am looking for a non-smoking, female, professional between the ages of 25 to 35 with previous experience of sharing. This is a room for single occupancy. This is my home and although I want us to be independent I also want to share with someone who I can get along well with. You must be tidy and organised (this is very important). I enjoy going to the pub and nights out but living the student life is a thing of the past!

The room will be available to rent from mid-June

Please note that I will request to meet in Letchworth Town Centre with my father before showing you the flat - genuine people will understand this I am sure :)

Also - although I have selected that I have no pets, I do have three pet turtles that live in a tank, I do not want any other pets in the flat
