A convenient 12 mins walk from train station and town centre. Approx 30 mins from London and Cambridge by rail.

The stability of a friendly family home combined with the vibrancy of younger people also sharing. Our current household includes a 26 year old lodger from Spain, and our 20 year old daughter (+ cat and chickens in the garden).

The room is pleasant and cosy with a 4 ft double bed, freeview TV, broadband, and plenty of well thought out storage space. It should be noted that it is fairly small but it has a great ambience and and previous lodgers have been extremely happy with us.

We are open to either a very short term let of days or weeks or a longer let of months. A Mon - Fri let would be ideal but full time rental is also acceptable.

Although the advert is marked as not having a shared living room, we are currently sharing the living room due to recently having a 20 year old lodger who we felt would feel homesick without the family input. It has worked well but we will reassess this on a month by month basis. There is always a shared kitchen and separate shared dining room.

Washer, dryer and cooking facilities are shared and we have excellent WIFI.
