Room is a good size and bright and airy. It has a double bed, wardrobe, storage cupboard, and a bedside cabinet. A small desk with chair can also be supplied if required. (nb. the single bed shown has now been replaced with a silver and black metal framed double bed)

Shared facilities include a kitchen/dining room, lounge, bathroom with shower, washer/dryer, dishwasher and BT Infinity wireless broadband.

M25 is 5 mins away and Rickmansworth station is about 10 mins by car. There is a bus stop very close by with half hourly buses to Rickmansworth and Watford.

Bills are all included (apart from landline calls) as well as a cleaner for communal areas (every two weeks).

I would like to share with someone friendly, clean & tidy who is sociable but also mindful of the need for space and privacy at times.
