Double room available in Markyate, St Albans. Markate is a pretty village with all local facilities available. There is full use of whole house, TV, broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. All usual facilities are included in the house. It is a clean and modern 3 bed house. Our 25 year old son lives in the house, he is very easy going and amenable, not a party animal type! There is parking and garden. Great access to M1 and Luton Parkway Station for London. All bills included. Extra £100 for couple sharing.
