It’s a fully furnished single room with single bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, chest of draws and oil fired heater. The room is well decorated and comfortable and clean. Plus you will have use of the fully equipped kitchen / diner, shower room and toilet. The flat is on the 3rd floor of a private block of flats so quite and we keep it clean. It’s 10 minutes from Whetstone or Barnet and 35 minutes from the west end.

We area friendly bunch, you would be sharing with a male and female and we are non smokers and take it in turn to clean the flat and hope you would do the same. There is a deposit of £400 and the room is available now. The rent includes all bills and free internet plus TV point with Sky box with all free channels.
