We have a delightful large double room for rent in a large Park Street house.
Friendly, easy going household, big bathroom with separate shower and bath, garage which includes a chest freezer, washer and dryer, dish washer, large back garden, full sky package and off street parking.
The room comes unfurnished, however I would be keen to leave my big wardrobe behind. It's a 6 month old IKEA wardrobe, and would be looking to negotiate a good price for it.
It's a lovely room, in a nice house and I'm going to be sad to leave it! Really worth a look in person, it is much bigger than it seems in the photos.
