BIG double room furnished - Close to London!

Room available to move in from April 2024. Station to London is a 15 mins walk top and lots of nearby street parking spots available. I work in Moorgate and it's been a breeze to travel to from here.

Room 2 has been taken and is now unavailable. Room 1 is a very large lovely double room currently available in a 3 bed cosy maisonette. The room offers humongous built in storage space and comes fully furnished.


As shown in the video, the place offers 3 bedrooms in total (only 1 room left for rent), 1 newly refurbished bathroom and 1 newly refurbished kitchen.

Bedroom 1 (AVAILABLE FROM APRIL/MAY 2024) - has 2 built in closets with huge built in storage space, double bed, double wardrobe, chair, desk, bedside table and a set of drawers.

Bedroom 2 (TAKEN) - this is the living room convert so it's a very big room with one double bed, double wardrobe and chair.

Would be sharing with a relaxed friendly live in landlord who's a total foodie and also a fellow friendly housemate (very friendly female who works as a nurse). We're pretty easy going, keep the place clean for each other, like to have a quick chat whenever we bump into each other but respect everyone's personal space. We typically do our own thing and make sure to be kind and respectful with each other especially when we have guests over, we give each other the headsup to make sure everyones comfortable etc so your private space will definitely be respected :)

All bills and council tax included in rent.
