Half the applicants we get STILL want 7 day let. This is only Sunday to Friday.

We are active, fit and open minded. I have driven my daughter Olivia to 57 countries, the arctic and sahara. we canoe in france, turkey, Albania. We are not the slightest bit judgemental and expect the same in return. Simba, a clean cat with regal attitude is part of the family.

We have been blighted of late by applicants who are terminally superstitious and/or cerebrally unhinged. If you refuse to use roads because people occasionally die there, or hotels in case the rooms have been used by couples out of wedlock then please spend time with your therapist before applying! lol.

Whilst the room in not technically ensuite, it is a single pace away from facilities which the family never use so do not expect any queuing or conflict that you might have feared if I had not ticked the ensuite box - lol! Genuine ensuite rooms outside hotels are very rare. Expect to forego something in return for saving some £80 per nigh!!

Appointments to view are granted on condition that you honour that commitment without deciding elsewhere beforehand, do not invent transparently constructed excuses, have sufficient authority to choose where you live without anyone else's veto and give the real reasons for decisions. Expect the same in return.
