Double Room in Rickmansworth. Flat share.

Hi and thanks for looking at this double room, in a 2 bed flat –flat share. I will be staying in the smaller room and am male, 31 years. The room has become available, since the last tenant had to leave quite unexpectedly, and I need to share the rent. Ideally looking for someone male and of a similar age, who works a lot 9-5 and even weekends, like myself. No party heads please –Been There, Done That!
Double room contains Large double wardrobe, 2 Chests of drawers, Laundry hamper and double size bed (Any of which can be removed, on request). Good electric heating at the touch of a button and carpeted floor.
Both bathroom and kitchen are spotless and small enough to keep clean, even with a busy lifestyle. Dishwasher, Washer/Tumble dryer, Induction hob, Electric cooker, Freezer all working well for me.
Living room is massive, with TV, X-box and ‘superfast’ fibre broadband.
Gated car park, free parking –no permit required. 5mins to J17 on M25. 38 mins from Rickmansworth tube to Baker street. Lovely rural area with great traditional pubs and people who say ‘hello’ to each other in the street!
Rent is £500 per month. Council tax £64. 50 each, then bills around £40 (average less in summer/more in winter) p/m. For what you get, it’s a great offer.
