A double room and share of the house in Royston. Property is a two bedroom house with garden, parking and easy access into the town.

Royston is on the Cambridge to London mainline and as such would benefit a commuter who works in London.

The bedroom is currently unfurnished, so somebody that currently has furniture would not be a problem.

Bills are included in the rent. There is communal parking and the house is in a quiet neighbourhood on the edge of town. This is a house share so there is a washing machine and access to all other general household appliances.

I am a professional person and have shared house in the past, so I am respectful to the wishes of my house mate.

I am an easy going person and get on well with people in general, I expect the same in return.
