I’m a 45 yr old girl with a lovely spare room en suite in a pretty village.
My house is a peaceful place. Due to this being a lodger rather than a housemate ad, the odd visitor is fine at times but this room will suit someone happy to do most of their socialising out. That said , happy to share a glass of wine from time to time with a likeminded girl!
My dog is cute clean and well behaved.
I will consider taking a lodger for less days per week for less money, to be discussed
Some use of shared lounge permitted but limited. You will have your own fridge amd car parking on the drive.
