My name is Emilia and i am renting 1 room in 4 bedroom house .I am the main tenant and 1 room is available from the 1 April 2024 .Its comes or either furnished or not(up to you).Cost will be £780 for single room all bills included .Shared kitchen and bathroom facilities .The house is roomy and has a large kitchen/diner and doors into the garden from the Kitchen .Back yard is available for sunbathing ,chilling :)
Great transport links. Bus stop is a 1 minute walk away to .

All bills for electric, gas, water, TV licence (communal), broadband, council tax all included.
I am a cabin crew and a very quite person. The house is located in a quite and nice area .Walking distance until the train station is 10-15 min. City centre is about 20 mins.
