We have a cozy, fully furnished double room available in our beautiful rural home just on the boarders of both St Albans and Radlett. If you’re looking for peace, quiet, and plenty of open countryside, this could be the perfect spot for you as the property is located within thousands of acres of woodland, streams, fields and walkways. Please note, this room is for "single" occupants only—so no couples, families, students, or people working from home, please.

You’ll have access to a shared kitchen with your own designated fridge and a well equipped gym.

We are located just a 10-minute drive from the M1 and M25 motorways and a short 5-minute drive from Radlett train station, which provides a direct route to London King’s Cross.

Property Features:

   •   We’re a friendly family (myself, my wife, and our grown-up child) living here with our German Shepherd-type dog.

We’re looking for a professional who is either an employed or self-employed person, who works outside the home and NOT remote workers who work from home. The rent listed is based on someone who's looking to stay, Monday to Friday, but if you need a 7-day arrangement, we can absolutely chat about that. The full-week option would be £1,100 per month with an adjusted deposit.
