You MUST be very clean & tidy, especially in the bathroom, toilet and kitchen!!(Have had bad experiences in the past), considerate and respectful to your housemate. NON SMOKER. MUST HAVE REFERENCES from previous landlord. NO OFF ROAD PARKING but a parking permit can be obtained, with a signed rental agreement.
