I let 2 rooms in my house, one of which (the single room) has become available. This is a great opportunity to rent a nice room very close to the station and local amenities.

Lodgers must be reliable with rent, respect the house rules, and be clean and tidy. I have a cleaner that comes once a week to clean the whole house but not tidy mess. This is £8 a week additional compulsory fee.
