Beautiful extra large double room available in a super spacious house in conservation area with just one other lovely friendly, tidy female.

The property is just 5 mins walk from St Albans high street and 15 mins walk from the station. This is a really amazing place with lots of light, space and in a really quiet road, close to all the local amenities such as park (10 mins), high street, gyms and transport links. Close to M25, M1 and A1.

The bedroom is very spacious with 3 windows - 2 which face the garden and Cathedral, and the other faces out over views of open landscape. The room is unfurnished but the previous housemate is happy to leave the mirrored pine wardrobe if you need it. There is a utility cupboard built in as well providing some storage space. Otherwise it is a blank canvas for you to male your own.

The front room is bright with high ceilings and comfy seating. There is also a separate part of the room which I use as a therapy area/workspace.

The kitchen is huge, fully fitted with dishwasher and all mod cons including all mod cons. .

There is a small 3rd bedroom which comes in handy for storage and hanging up washing or you could use it as an office

There is also a small and private garden, with a shed if you need to store a bike.

The flat is shared with me - a chilled out, friendly, tidy young mid-40s lovely lady. I'm not the landlord but have been living in the flat for some time and all of the stuff is mine and have made it homely. I'm into healthy living, personal development, well-being and am pretty chilled out at home so you wont have to deal with any drunken disorder.

I'm looking to share the place with someone friendly, considerate, clean and tidy, and preferably someone who also wants to make this a home and not just a temporary stop over.
