Hi this is a furnished double bedroom with a new double bed, built in cupboards, desk, bedding, lamp, towels. Recently decorated in neutral colours. The house will be for sharing and has 2 reception rooms, large kitchen with dining area, bathroom with separate toilet, 2nd toilet downstairs, utility room housing washing machine and tumble dryer and coat racks. There is a large fridge and dishwasher. Large garden with patio and sheds. The house is situated in a lovely friendly street lots of socialising if wanted. Near to amenities, including Morrisons, railway stn (walking distance), motorways and bus stops. Good links to Hatfield uni and St. Albans town center. Excellent chip shop on the corner plus other take aways and pubs. Village pub a short walk away (which serves real ale for those interested). There is parking but no garage.
About me, I am a gay female with 2 cats and a dog. I am a professional working in London. I'm pretty laid back and easy going, I have a good sense of humour and enjoy a good laugh.
I would like someone who is friendly easy going, sociable, must be an animal lover who gets on with dogs, and who will respect my home tidy up after themselves and be up for a laugh.
