Hi There, We are looking for a laid back, sociable person to share with myself and one other friend (we met on this website )The room has come available and is a double room furnished .

The house is situated in a quiet cul-de sac which is a three minute walk from Waitrose and three minute walk to the Veralamium Park. Also within 10 minutes from the Fighting Cock Pub and The King Harry Pub. The city centre is a twenty minute walk through the park.
We are both smokers but only smoke Outside. We both met on this website a year ago we are young for our age and enjoy fun at the weekends!!. If you need to know more just ask.
We both work in the week but enjoy a glass of wine and a chat in the evening and few more glasses on a Friday night!!.
We also have nights where we take it in turns to cook for each other and use it as an opportunity to catch up on the weeks gossip.
We are looking for someone male preferably to join in to a friendly sociable house where you can treat it as your home and not just a room.
Included in the monthly rent is a cleaner who generally comes every two weeks to clean the whole house so we don't have to worry about rotas and all of that nonsense.
we have all of the mod cons and super fast broadband off street parking etc.
We also have a spare room for the occasional overnight guest.
