I recently have a spare double bedroom available in the St. Albans area.
The house is in a quiet residential area with parking for those who drive and local transportation to the city centre (1 mile away and less than a mile from the train station) not far from the household.
I'm looking for a well mannered person, who is fairly relaxed and easy to live with. Does not mind helping out with the cleaning (I know it's a hassle but clean home is a good home). Likes entertainment and sports.
