Hi we have two rooms which are being offered together for the price of £600. This is so you can have a bedroom and a living room of your own. You also get your own built in wardrobe.

A Sofa, t. v stand, additional wardrobe, a bed frame (No Mattress) bedside table and a chest of drawers are available on request

Bathroom and kitchen are shared and we have a private balcony ideal for smokers.

We are a couple that have been together for 4 years. We have two hamsters that are kept in our room and a 14 week old (fully litter trained) kitten.

All bills are included and you get access to our broadband. The option of having a virgin box in your room for an additional cost is available.

We are above a local news agent. Bus stop is 2 mins away that can get you to
St. Albans City train station 10 mins
St. Albans town in 15 mins,
Hatfield Gallaria 20 mins,
Hemel Hempstead 35 mins,
Welwyn Garden City 1 hour,

If you drive you will have a 24/7 - 365 parking spot as neither of us drive and we have an allocated spot.

We are a social couple and have friends over from time to time. Spend most evenings watching TV and FILMS with the cat.
