I have a spacious furnished room in very nice terrace house, available immediately for £595pcm. It would suit a professional and has excellent commuter links.

The house is a lovely old terrace a few minutes from Morrisons in St Albans. It's about a 10-12 minute walk from the main station and a short drive to the M25 and M1 motorways. The trains run through the night to London and Luton.

There's a nice garden which is great to sit in during the summer, an open plan living room/dining room and a good kitchen. The bathroom is due to be fully re-fitted.

I'm a professional commuting into London most days. I'm very easy going and easy to live with, I like to have a housemate who will feel at home, feel free to chat in the evening or just do their own thing.

I'm looking for a housemate for a 3 month to long term arrangement. As I said, I'm very chilled out, friendly and easy to live with. I'm usually tidy and clean but quite relaxed about house chores.

There is good unrestricted parking on the street and nearby streets. There are lots of local amenities, including a Nuffield gym, large supermarket and other shops. The town centre is about 20 minutes walk or five minute drive.

The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers and cupboard. There's room for a small desk if needed.

There are no pets and it's a strictly no-smoking house (including the garden).

The rent is £595pcm, first month payable on moving in and a deposit of £595 payable to secure the room (which is returned when you move out). All bills included.
