Newly Decorated Double Room in a Four Bed House

Are you a single person looking for a double room in St Albans? If so, we may be able to help as we have a furnished double room available to let. The room is currently being decorated and should be ready from mid January 2015.

About the house:
It's a well presented four bed semi overlooking woods (so great for walks) in a quiet part of the city. Your bedroom would be in the original part of the house and, as we live in the newer extension, would generally provide you with a good degree of privacy. Although not en-suite, the majority of the time you would have sole use of the main bathroom complete with bath and shower.

There are also two sitting rooms both equipped with large flat screen TVs and the house has the usual appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, broadband and Sky.

There is a good sized garden with patio area and table and chairs - great for relaxing in the warmer weather.

Location-wise:
We are located in the north east of St Albans, about a 5 minute drive to the city centre.

A bit about us:
We are a married couple, in our early 50's (but, hopefully, not stuffy!). There are no children at home, just a boxer so you must like dogs!. We are pretty easy going but would prefer not to have a 'night owl' or regular visitors. We are a non-smoking household.
