Situated 3 miles from St Albans city centre and 2.5 miles to the station, there is a local bus service on the doorstep, local shops only a 10 minute walk away and surrounded by countryside including Heartwood Forest if you enjoy walking, running or cycling. There is also space in the garage to keep a bike.

My current lodger is moving out of the area shortly so the room is available from mid August. Would suit a professional person. Monday to Friday lodger also considered.

You will need to like animals as you will be sharing the house with the landlady and her cat. Shared amenities include living and dining rooms, kitchen, bathroom and small garden (when the weather is good). If you enjoy cooking you might appreciate some home grown organic fruit and veg from my allotment too.
