Spacious double room 15min from train station

Hi,

I'm leaving my room on the 28th Sept because moving abroad so I'm trying to find someone to replace me.

The room is spacious with a comfy double bed, a huge wardrobe with mirror, a desk and chair, and a bedside table. + things I'm leaving behind if you want them such as room bin, laundry basket and hangers.

The room is upstairs with view over the garden. You will share a bathroom with bathtub with two other people (a male and a female) who also live on the first floor.

Downstairs there are two other bedrooms and one other bathroom as well as a well equipped kitchen/living room with everything you might need i. e. microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, a comfy sofa and big TV. It opens on the garden where we have a cool new garden table and chairs and a BBQ. There is also a shack for your bike if you have one.

The garden opens on a court where you can park your car off-road.

There is obviously Wi-fi which is very good, a washing machine, and a cleaner every week.

The housemates are super cool so you'll be able to socialize and have cooking/bbq nights if you fancy it. We're looking for someone in their 20's, young professional preferred to student.

All bills are included in the £540 monthly rent and the deposit is £800.
