Room 2 is spacious, front door and backdoor glass that opens to the garden. Well ventilated and double bed. All electrical appliances are all working. Central heating is also working. Will be ideal for a couple but a single person is welcome so far as they can afford the rent.

There are already 2 professionals living in the house, Aerospace engineer and IT Telecom . We'll be glad to have professional or student or a nice person to join, Male or female is cool. There is a big garden in the house which is fenced and a front garden, a large parking space enough for four cars to park. Everything is there. Three hoovers, a shower downstairs and a main bathroom. Two toilets. The environment is great as well.
