Room To Rent In Stevenage

I have a room to rent on a short term basis to start with looking for someone to fill the room until at least the start of January 2015.

There is already one other tenant living in the flat, but he only stays monday-friday and travels home at the weekend.

I will require a working professional and request a months rent up front.

The flat has been newly decorated this year and has a full virgin tv package and broad band. The rent does include all bills.

The local shops are a 2 minute walk and the town centre is a 10 minute. The train station is a 15 minute walk.
