A lovely double room is now available within a spacious semi-detached cottage, in the sought after village location of Stocking Pelham. The property benefits from off street parking, with village pubs and local amenities a short driving distance. The property is kept in a clean and tidy manner and is a strictly non-smoking household.

The tenant has been with me for over 6 months but due to a change in his personal circumstances, he has now moved on.

The room is fitted to a very high standard and comes fully furnished.

Double Room: black reproduction wrought iron 4 ft 6 double bed with nice comfy mattress (coil spring luxury mattress) 1 x double wardrobe with draws, chest of draws, desk/vanity unit, 2 x bedside unit and Sony Smart TV with WI-FI.

The room is adjacent to the main bathroom fitted to a high standard, with digital power shower, bath, sink and W/C which you would predominantly share with one other tenant.

The property is situated approx 10 minutes from Buntingford/Bishops Stortford/M11 with excellent transport links between London/Cambridge. Stansted Airport Terminal building is located just 10 miles away (back route no M11). As the property is in a village with a limited bus service, your own vehicle is essential.

There is a secluded south facing garden to the rear of the property. Rent is inclusive of all bills to include WIFI and also includes a weekly cleaning service. (Sky is available at an extra £25.00 per month) but free access is available through a mobile device.

You would be sharing with me a 48-year-old woman (but young at heart) who has a pretty hectic schedule. There would be a maximum of 4 people staying at this 4 bedroom property (myself + 3 tenants). I currently have Chubba a Hungarian car mechanic with a very happy disposition and Cesar an interesting guy from Mozambique.
