There is wireless internet available throughout; double glazing and central heating. There is also a large landscaped roof terrace with table and chairs.

The house is only available to single working professionals, who are clean, tidy and respectful towards others.

Bills - the rent includes council tax and water. Broadband, gas and electricity bills are not included in the rent, these are shared by the house tenants.
