Tidy house to share with primary teacher

This is a tidy 1930s semi-detached house to be shared with a primary teacher. The outside driveway is a little untidy but the inside is nice.

The available room is fully furnished but you are welcome to make amendments or additions.

It has a dining room, living room with sofa bed for guests and small garden and there is also lots of off road parking. It is close to Ware town centre and is 15 minutes walk from the station with a line into London (45 mins to Liverpool Street or half an hour to Tottenham Hale/Seven Sisters). This can all be done by Oyster card. There is an Asda two minutes’ walk from the house and a Tesco 10 minutes’ walk. There is also a small gym and pool 5 minutes away and even a lido in the summer. 5 minutes from GSK.

There is access to wireless broadband internet and cable TV. I also have Netflix and Amazon Prime.

I am looking for a quiet housemate(s) who enjoys being sociable and chatting with the occasional glass or two if they wish, but does not make noise late at night! Couples welcome.

I enjoy spending time with my close friends and boyfriend and am at his quite a few weekends. I love am dram and musical theatre. I am laid back and very easy to live with as long as people take their share with washing up/hoovering etc.

Rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, TV licence, Cable and broadband wifi). I pay a little more than this as I have a very small office where I keep my computer and school resources.

I am not the landlord but have been the tenant for a long time so the landlord is happy for me to make the choice of who moves in. Give me a text or call and please tell me a bit about yourself. The security deposit has already been paid but there will be a small one off payment to pay the legal fees for a new contract to be drawn up.
