I am looking to rent out my spare double bedroom based in Ware, Hertfordshire. It's a beautiful, light and spacious room which I have just re-decorated/refurbished with brand new furniture and fittings.

I am looking for someone that is tidy, quiet, considerate and easy to get along with. It’s a lovely flat with plenty of room located in a quiet block of flats, backing onto fields.

Wi-Fi is available, Sky TV, washing machine and garage with a communal garden and washing line. The room itself has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table and a aerial.

The flat is located 1 mile from Ware train station which takes you directly into Tottenham Hale (30 minutes) and London Liverpool Street (45 minutes). Alternatively, there is a bus stop outside which takes you into Ware, Hertford, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross, Harlow, WGC and I’m sure many other places. There is also private parking available for 1 car (off road).

No couples or DSS.
Work and previous landlord references shall also be required.
