We are looking for a professional housemate who is in full-time employment, has experience of living in shared accommodation, they must be friendly, considerate, clean and tidy. Sorry but we're not looking for full-time students, couples, pets or messy people.

It is a smoke free house although smoking is okay in the garden.

The price of the room is £720pcm and includes council tax, all utility bills and a professional cleaner who visits the property every 2 weeks. 1 months rent is required as a deposit, previous tenancy/work reference required, proof of income will also be required. The room is available mid May.
