Double room in spacious 2 bedroom flat - Bills inc

I rent from a private landlord and need a new flatmate for my cosy yet spacious 2 bedroom flat.

The flat is 5-10 minutes away from Watford Junction train station and town centre.

The double room is furnished, bright and has a inbuilt wardrobe. There is a shared bathroom with a shower and bath. The flat also includes a large kitchen, dual aspect living room and small storage / drying room.

I work long hours in London but really like keeping the flat tidy and enjoy having friends round. It's a pretty relaxed atmosphere and really want a like minded individual to move in, in October.
