Double rooms available in lovely home

Front room

I work away a lot so at the moment you will have a 3 bedroom house to yourself/yourselves for the cost of a double room.

Bedroom is currently let to a lovely lady with 2 very timid black cats.

Bedroom 2 Is a lovely bright and quiet room at the rear of the house with a dbl bed and single wardrobe/chest of drawers/mirror - this room is currently let until mid-September 2015 to an Australian teacher who is working nearby.

Shared living room and kitchen with breakfast bar, garden with decking area. Shared bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Broadband (wifi) and basic sky television included. Heating included upto a reasonable monthly amount. Exceeding the pre-set direct debit for heating/electricity will be passed on directly.
Area is permit parking - permit possibly available.

Previous tenants have worked at the hospital so similar professionals would be most welcome. Unfortunately, I cannot be insured for more than 2 lodgers so at this time I won't consider couples.

This is my home so whilst I have a gardener that comes in occasionally, I do expect that you will keep it clean and tidy.

I have 2 dogs so you will need to be animal friendly but they rarely come back home with me.

5 minutes walk to Watford hospital and 1. 5 miles to Watford Metropolitan or Bushey mainline station. 5 minutes walk to Harlequin centre also.
