The room on offer is a large single, fully furnished bedroom with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom has a fully functioning bath and shower.

The 2-bedroom flat was recently refurbished with a new kitchen and bathroom and a re-paint of bedrooms. The tenant has free access to a large living room, with Virgin TV, fibre optic broadband that includes free evening and weekend calls.

The ground floor flat is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in West Watford close to local shops, large Morrisons and Tesco metro both less than 5 minutes walk away. Watford General Hospital is a 5-minute walk with the high street less than 20 minutes. There is more than ample street parking outside the flat. You can be in Central London within an hour of leaving the flat.

There is also a very good local gym, less than 5 minutes walk alway.

I am looking for a flat mate who is a professional, works locally or in London and is generally clean and tidy.
I am a 23-year-old marketing professional who commutes to Covent Garden everyday (so I can vouch for the great transport links). I am an easygoing person who enjoys going for nights out but not too often, and will respect the privacy of any potential tenant.

Croxley business park is within a 15 minute walk of the flat.

The £500 per month which includes all utility bills and council tax. There will also be a deposit of £400.
