Hi I'm Andrew. I'm 31 and currently share my house with Lillian and Steph. They both live upstairs sharing a Bathroom and Kitchen. I live downstairs with my own Shower and Kitchen. Unfortunately Steph is now moving out and her room will be available from the 1st March 2015. We are looking for a professional Female who works Mon-Fri. We keep the place clean and tidy and respect one anothers privacy and space.

The room has been newly refurbished and is available 1st March 2015. However it could be made available sooner if required.
The rent is £700 per month.
ALL Bills are included.
£700 deposit required.

ABOUT ME:
After Uni I decided to move back to London where I started work in property development. In 2007 I decided I wanted a more rewarding element in my life, so I became a Firefighter. It was the best decision I ever made as it allows me to continue developing properties on my days off. I'm friendly, polite and an easy going kind of person. I believe you should treat others how you would want to be treated and am very open minded. I love all different types of music depending what mood I'm in. I also like art and design or anything creative and different. Exercise, playing sport and going to the gym play an important part in my life. I enjoy learning new things and meeting new people.

THE HOUSE:
I bought this house a few years ago and have spent all my spare time refurbishing it. The house now consists of 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge and 3 bedrooms. Last summer I re landscaped the garden and I'm looking forward to getting out the BBQ this year :)

The double bedroom available comes with a high quality double bed and mattress, a spacious sliding wardrobe, multiple sets of drawers, bedside tables and lamps, LCD TV, fast wireless broadband and a key to the room. The room is a neutral blank canvas ready for you to add your stamp. There is a loft space to store large items such as suitcases.

The house is a 5 min walk from Bushey station where u can catch a fast train to London Euston in 18mins! Watford High Street is also just around the corner, where you have pretty much everything you need. The harlequin shopping centre, 24 hrs Tesco and retail park, bars, clubs, restaurants, gyms, salons etc. Literally everything on your doorstep!
