I am a 26 Year old male professional live in Landlord.

My current house mate has just moved out so I am looking for a new one.

The house is located 5 Minutes walk from Watford North, 10 minute walk from watford junction, close to st. Albans road for buses and local shops. Not far from town centre. Good transport links to m1/m25 for drivers.

I have owned this house over 4 years now and it is extremely spacious and well kept. A basic over view includes a large open plan kitchen diner, shared living room, Brand new bathroom with walk in shower, patio, private garden complete with a self contained studio in the back where I have a games room including a pool table/ bar area.

Double room: The picture doesn't get the full room but it is spacious. Includes a double bed and large chest of drawers.

I am an easy going sociable guy, I work in the film industry so I travel a lot which means I am looking for trustworthy honest people that will keep the house nice while I'm gone. Ideally 18-35 easy to get along with, clean sociable people.
**Ideally looking for other vegetarians as I don't allow meat to be in the house**

The other Tenant I rent the single room out too is a 30 year old Electrician who works at the Grove hotel nearby and only stays 4 nights a week

This house will suit professionals. No couples or pets please. Viewing recommended, I am not under any time constraint to rush someone into the room, I am looking simply for the right person.

I am mostly looking for a Monday- Friday house mate, but will consider full time at a rate of £600.00PCM all inclusive.
