Large room in ideal location for commuting

I am looking for someone to share the flat with me, but Mondays to Fridays only. This means that it's avaiable weekdays only. You may think this is stating the obvious, but the amount of people that didn't get it a couple of years ago when i advertised was surprising to say the least.

The room is a good size, (approx 3. 5m x 3m) and will come furnished (Bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers) there is a TV aerial in the room which will reach anywhere within the room. Furniture can be moved to suit your preference.

There is a front room which you can use and obviously, kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
Wi-fi throughout the flat.

The flat does have a balcony and beautiful large communal gardens.

It is permit parking from 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday, permits are easily obtainable and not expensive.

I am a smoker, but do not smoke in the flat, smoking on the balcony only.

I am a pretty easy going person, enjoy going out with my friends, but enjoy nights chilling out at home as well. I enjoy cooking, reading and am interested in history and love my holidays and short breaks.

Am just looking for a professional person who needs somewhere decent to stay during the week.

Excellent location for commuting, 5 minute drive to M25, 10 minutes to M1, 5 minute walk to Watford Junction and about 15 minute walk to Watford Metropolitan.
