House is located 10-15 mins walk away from Carpenders park station for quick and easy access into Central London, Watford, Bushey or Harrow. Moor park tube station is also only 1. 9 miles away on the metropolitan line, with a fast line into Central London.

On street parking is available, with no permits required. The M25, A41, M1 and A40 are all a short driving distance away and Watford high street and General hospital is a 10 minute drive.

The room is furnished and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, storage and full wireless internet (wi-fi) connection. Although no TV is provided, an aerial connection is available to receive digital/free view channels.

Use of the kitchen, dinning room, living room are welcome. As well as the use of the garden facilities to which there is a gated entrance. Price per month includes bills such as water, gas, council tax etc.
