Dog friendly double room in shared house

Hi there,

I have a bright small double room to rent with plenty of clothes storage space and a small desk and chair in a modern house that I share with my son and his dog.

Shared use of kitchen/diner which is large, bright and modern with washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer etc.

Shared use of the lounge and large bathroom (bath & shower).

Shared use of the back garden which has a separate "dog only" section.

There is a weekly cleaner for the communal areas but you would be responsible for keeping your own room clean along with any mess you make along the way in the kitchen and bathroom etc.

Bedding can be provided unless you would prefer to bring your own.

The house is in north Watford (Garston/Leavesden) so close to the M1 & M25 junctions.

Myself, my son and our doberman live at the house full time although I am usually in London most weekends.

We are willing to accommodate another dog (female only I'm afraid) as long as it gets on with our crazy hound who at only 2 years old is still quite a teenager at heart and full of beans!!

He is a sweet dog once he gets to know people but can be nervous around strangers.

There is a park pretty much at the end of the road and a large field only about a brisk 10 minute walk away.

Obviously the room is available to non-dog owners but it would be best if you at least liked dogs :-)
