only 1 room available - the loft room.

House has just been painted. a few more little jobs need doing including a new fridge & freezer to be delivered. & new blinds to be put up, plus some carpet cleaning.

House is next to Watford general hospital & Vicarage Road - so it's 10 to 15 min walk to central Watford. 10 mins walk to Watford met station & Watford high street station. more like 20 minutes walk to Watford junction station.

I am the owner of the house and live in London. It's turned out that 2 rooms are available at the same time (1 guy was there for 4 years the other about a year).

The current guy that lives there is a physiotherapist at the hospital. he's about 22 and likes football.

I am really looking for "grown ups" who will treat this place like a home (& not just say it). I would expect someone to treat it as if it were their own place.

This includes keeping it clean and taking care of the garden. I think I'd be more keen on people 30 yrs + and perhaps ladies, but open on to all.

It's a great looking home with nice large through lounge / diner. Real wooden floors downstairs & brick fireplace (can't be used though), leather sofas & hard wood dining table & chairs. modern kitchen with dishwasher.

I'm very "hands-off" with the place so long as I know it's being looked after properly.

there is a downstairs shower room shared by the 2 available rooms (the current guy has an en-suite he uses).

Neither double room is huge, (as none on these terrace houses are) but furnished & adequate with storage.
one room is a loft room with sloped ceilings. The other is at the front of the house.

The rent includes ALL bills.
