This is a very clean, bright and spacious 2 bedroom apartment located in the attic of 5 apartments house. It has double glazing windows, a living room, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath) kitchen, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, flat screen TV, playstation, xbox, fast wi-fi.

The living room has a large convertible sofa-bed so if you have guests they can easily stay over the night.

The kitchen comprises of oven, 5 kg washing machine with dryer, fridge, freezer, big dining table for 4 people. The house is always kept clean and tidy.

BILLS

66 GBP for council tax, 40 GBP for the electricity, gas and water (probably this bill will cost less as the contract will be renewed) and 15 GBP for the fast wi-fi.

LOCATION AND AMENITIES

1 minute walk to Watford Junction station. You can easily and efficiently access central London, for example it takes 15 minutes to Euston.
The place is located 5 minutes walk from Sainsbury supermarket, INTU shopping center, Watford market, Watford High St. full of bars, restaurants and shops, and 10 minutes walk from Watford tube station and Cassiobury park.

IDEAL TENANT

A long term professional female between the ages of 22-30 who is responsible, reliable, mature, clean and tidy, who is ok to hang out together in a living room with a glass of wine and watch some Netflix. I am not looking only for a tenant but also for a friend. It's a perfect apartment for 2 people only.
