The room is to the rear of the house, overlooks the garden and the sunsets! The room has a TV aerial connection too.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

The house is styled on vintage industrial, and consists of porch, hallway, living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor (fully integrated fridge freezer, oven, gas hob and for those who are adverse to washing up... a full size dishwasher! ). A washing machine is also available.

Upstairs consists of two bedrooms (one occupied by live in owner), and a fully tiled bathroom off landing compete with heated towel rail, bath and rain shower. There is also a good sized patio and garden to the rear.
