MON-FRI Double Room West Watford near Hospital/Met

MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY (arrive Sunday night if required)

Clean and comfortable double room in shared centrally heated house with N/Smoking owner. Complete with desk, shelving unit and clothes hanging space. Other hanging space available in walk-in wardrobe shared with owner. Room available to one person only, no couples.

The house is situated literally a few streets away from Watford General Hospital and round the corner from the Metropolitan Line. Watford Junction about 20 minutes walk away as is the centre of Watford. The house is near to the beautiful Cassiobury Park and the Grand Union Canal for lovely walks along the tow path.

There is no parking available - the street is permit only and you would need to apply for a permit which is easy enough to do. However, all the amenities are well within walking distance.

I will do all sheets/towels washing, but no ironing, sorry! Bed linens and towels provided.

Housemate will have use of facilities - bathroom, kitchen, garden, dining room. There is a TV point in the bedroom, but you need to bring your own TV.

I am a friendly, helpful and easy-going university lecturer landlady who likes to keep a clean, tidy and comfortable home. I am often away so you would have the house to yourself on those occasions.

I would like to share my property with someone who respects my space, who is easy going, kind and friendly.
